Bar Coding

All skirted plates are available with linear barcodes for identification and traceability. The labels are highly scratch resistant and can withstand cold storage (-80°C) and solvents such as DMSO. Labels can be printed with human readable text and are available in code 39, 128 or interleaved 2 from 5 formats.

4titude® storage plates are produced in clean room facilities which are certified free of RNase, DNase, protease and endotoxin. We use only the highest grade polypropylene with resistance to corrosion from chemicals such as DMSO, phenol, and chloroform.

The round-wells maximise sample retrieval yet minimise wicking (capillary action), whilst the square-wells have V-shaped bottoms, which are ideal for sample concentration, restoration and centrifugation.

Storage plates are compatible with robotics and automation; bar-coding is available by arrangement.
